Water services

If you have just arrived in Vannes... Or if you have changed addresses. Contact us


From the outset, the water and sewage management service has provided individual water meters (apartment buildings or individual houses).

 

Whether you are an owner or a tenant, in an apartment or in a house,contact us to enter into a water service contract. This will avoid certain inconveniences:

 

 

Having to pay for the previous occupant's consumption
- Having the water cut off due to the absence of a new contract

 

Documents and details to be provided:

- A copy of the tenancy agreement or certificate of ownership,

- Proof of Identity,

- Date of entry to the property,

- Number of occupants

- With or without washing machine?

- Details of previous tenants or owners.

 

Filling in the water service contract:

- At the Direction de l’Eau et de l’Assainissement's offices

- By post (7 rue Joseph le Brix, BP 509, 56019 Vannes cedex)

- By fax (+33 (0)2 97 0163 64)

 

 

Remember to include the documents required and don't forget to return the signed water service contract; the water service cannot be provided until the contract has been returned.

 

Opening hours : 8.15-12.15 am/1.15-5 pm

From Monday to Friday (closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
