As regards drinking water

  • To produce water to meet consumption 24 hours a day.
  • To collect the water in the natural environment
    To guarantee water for human consumption which meets health standards by means of the appropriate treatment.  
  • To transport the drinking water and make it available to users by connection works and meters.

As regards wastewater To collect sewage from consumers by ensuring their connection to the network. 
(In Vannes, rainwater is separated from sewage - separate networks)To transport the sewage by a network 236 km in length. To treat the sewage in purification plants in order to preserve the natural environment.

As regards customer services To manage subscriptions and cancellations. - To carry out meter reading and invoicing.
