Vannes offers a total of 7 public access points. Of these seven, two are more specialised: Médiacap and the Bureau Information Jeunesse (Young people's information centre).
The cybercentres offer the following all-year-round services
1.free "Internet discovery and awareness" workshops (accessible with reservation)
2. a work area (Internet access, e-mail, office equipment, CV writing, etc.)
3. advice and technical assistance provided by the centre staff

Open to all age-groups. A minimum fee for a quarter of an hour period is chargeable
Young people (under 26 years) and job seekers (proof will be requested) are charged half price.
Payment can be made at the till on arrival or subscription cards can be purchased.
